{"id":272,"date":"2012-03-02T19:58:43","date_gmt":"2012-03-03T00:58:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kristinjanz.com\/?p=272"},"modified":"2012-03-02T20:01:18","modified_gmt":"2012-03-03T01:01:18","slug":"on-spec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kristinjanz.com\/?p=272","title":{"rendered":"On Spec"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My story &#8220;The Observation Deck&#8221; came out not too long ago in <em><a href=\"http:\/\/onspec.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">On Spec<\/a><\/em>, &#8220;the Canadian magazine of the fantastic&#8221;, and I recently finished reading the issue that has my story in it (Fall 2011, though I didn&#8217;t receive it until 2012).\u00c2\u00a0 My favorite story in the magazine was Megan Fennell&#8217;s &#8220;Hexenhaus&#8221;, which picks up the story of Hansel and Gretel after they&#8217;ve defeated the witch.\u00c2\u00a0 I also liked a story by Scott H.
